DMC single-machine dust catcher is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash bucket, air inlet pipe, bracket filter bag and blowing device, ash discharge device, etc.

The working principle of DMC single-machine dust catcher is as follows: the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet pipe of the single-machine pulse dust catcher, and under the flow diversion of the ash hopper, the large particles of dust are separated and fall directly into the ash hopper, the fine dust enters the middle box evenly and adsorbs on the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through the off-line valves and exhaust pipes.

The structure of DMC single-machine dust catcher is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, air-purifying chamber, Ash Bucket, ash-discharging device, ash-blowing device and electric control system.

There are seven series of single-machine pulse precipitator, each of which is divided into two types: standard type with ash bucket (Type A) and open flange type (type B without ash bucket) . The pulse single-machine dust collector has the advantages of small volume, large air handling capacity, compact structure, convenient use, etc.
